Iliff Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
o Provide bedside care. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
o Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)
o Assist with resident comfort
o Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas
o Collect samples and monitor catheters
o Provide wound care
o Help coach staff as necessary
Requirements/Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Up to date first aid and CPR certification
Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in Virginia

Employees can rollover a maximum of 180 hours of PTO year to year on their anniversary date.

- 6-10 years up to 208 hours
- 11 years up to 228 hours
